How We Keep the Space
Standards before conversation.
- Every gathering is moderated.
- Participants keep what others share in confidence. Because no group can guarantee confidentiality, we ask everyone to share accordingly.
- Cases are discussed without names or identifying details.
- Concerns about safety, abuse or misconduct are never handled inside a discussion. They are escalated and, where the law requires, reported.
